OpenEdit Project Tracker

We will provide you with a link to our OpenEdit Project Tracker as well as a user name and password. Instructions on how to sign in will also be provided.

Issue Tracker Overview and Options:

  1. Select your Job from within the Job Manager
  2. Add a New To Do using this link
  3. Add and review messages for each To Do using the Messages icon
  4. Click on the To Do Description for To Do details
  5. To Do Status
  6. User indicates who worked on the To Do and changed the status last
  7. Last Changed is the date this To Do was last updated
  8. Waiting On indicates who needs to take action to move the To Do forward
  9. Hours indicates the number of hours that have been invested in this To Do so far
