Portability - OpenEdit syncs US and India

Today we took 2000 products and copied them from a server in the US to a server (soon to be multiple servers) in India. It took 20 minutes. All products will be maintained on the US server and kept in sync using the OpenEdit sync feature.

OpenEdit is very portable and moving thousands of products to multiple servers on the other side of the world in order to increase local search and download speeds was very successful.

Best of all, our client was extremely pleased with the result and used words such as professional to describe their experience working with the development team today. Nice work.
