Improvements

User Manager has a new and improved Ajax screen for changing the groups that a user belongs to. It's much easier to use in systems that have many groups.

Issue Tracker supports file attachments. Todos are tracked by status. Can now capture business requirements.

Users can now be disabled after repeated failed logins.

Bug Fixes

Support for groups that have capital letters and spaces in their IDs.

Reindexing products will not load them all into memory (may fix out of memory error).

Fixed broken links in main documentation page.

Fixed permission editing on folders.
