Why is search never listed as installed?

Hi,

Two questions:

1. why is search never listed as installed in the plugin list

2. In my previous post I reported a problem and provided a code fix that works for me. Allthough this is a nice forum to tell about that kind of stuff I presume that there must be a more formal way to report bugs and workarounds/fixes. I looked at the OE Project Tracker but there are no projects accessible to me. Any suggestions on how to handle that kind of things?

Peter,

Thanks for the input on the bug with the search project.  It has been fixed. 

As far as getting in touch with us, this forum is probably the best way for now.  We do check it regularly, though admittedly we are sometimes slow to respond.  We have been very busy lately with client projects, but PLEASE keep posting comments and feedback!  We love to talk to people who are using OpenEdit on their own and are always open to suggestions and new ideas.
