We recently created the new menu system, which means, unfortunately, that much of the documentation is out-of-date. Most of the options are still available from the "Settings" and "Content" dropdown menus in the new toolbar. The old site manager has now become the "Upgrade Plugins" option form the "Settings" menu. The archive site management tools are now available from the header bar on the archive page. If you are logged in as an administrator, you should see a "Tools" menu on your main archive page with links to the administrative tools for the archive.
Hope that helps. If not, please post a follow up question.

Hello
Thank you for answer me back. I am confuse. my Toolbar is diferent. my toolbar not have the option + manage site, how to install the updates? in the help pages the toolbar have all the options but mine not. why?
Thank you
hello
Sorry ... my problem is how to install plugins ..... not how to update.
Thank You
You will still want to go to the "Upgrade Plugins" tool. You will see a list of addons there. Those that you have installed will have a "Installed Version" number. To install an addon that you do not have installed, just check the "To Upgrade" box next to it, and click the upgrade button. It will install any checked plugins that you do not already have.
