There's nothing really required from the OE side. You'd setup tomcat as per normal depending on if you have a virtual host setup, one tomcat instance, etc. Drop in the ROOT.war and you should be good to go.
Are you talking about running OE inside Apache Tomcat or do you want to run OE behind Apache httpd server + resin?
