A:  You can use a design tool such as DreamWeaver or Photoshop to create your layout. Both those tools can export HTML and you should give your export a filename of layout.html. Then the remaining task is to add the text content dynamically into the layout. We can put the line to include the requested page inside of the layout page. Here is what it looks like:
